General Information You can fill in the application for registration of your trademark here, and send the completed form to The Danish Patent and Trademark Office electronically. It is possible to file in English. A Danish version of the list og goods and services must, however, be available before publication. We will commence the treatment of your application as soon as we have received it and the fee has been paid. After having filled in and sent the application form you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your application.
Filing and confirmation When you have filled in the requisite fields click on the 'Next'-button on top of the page 'View application' to go to 'Pay & Submit'. We consider your application as being filed when you have clicked on the Pay & Submit-button and subsequently have received a filing confirmation on screen.
Minimum filing requirements Following information is required before we can treat your application:
The name of applicant(s), i.e. the individual and/or company applying
A representation of the mark to be registered and
A list of goods and/or services to be covered by the application.
If the mark you want to register is a figurative mark (logo) or if it is written in special letters, you are required to attach a file containing the mark. The file must be of the type .gif or .jpg.

Fee The application fee is DKK 2,350.00, which includes 3 classes. If your application covers more than 3 classes you must pay a fee for DKK 600.00 for each additional class. For further information as to the way of payment, please refer to the last page Pay & Submit.
